DISTRO

We're primarily focused on literature - books, zines, pamphlets, etc - but occasionally a band or musical performer of some kind will rock our world so hard we make an exception and stock their music - that's in the 'music' section, believe it or not. Sometimes we'll have random stuff like organizers, badges, molotov cocktails, etc (ok not that last one - that's for you to DIY!), and that kind of thing goes in the 'miscellaneous' section. So far we haven't caved in to outright 'merch' like t-shirts, but it is a potential fundraising idea for the future, so be prepared.

If you become a regular visitor, you might notice our prices fluctuate slightly. The reason for this is that so much of our stuff comes from overseas, and so the exchange rate plays a huge part in how much we have to pay for it all (not to mention the increasingly insane international postage rates). We try our absolute best to keep everything as affordable as possible - we put the prices down whenever we can, and up only when we absolutely have to. Just in case there's any doubt whatsoever about this: we are not making any money from this distro! All of the (tiny) profits disappear into paying bills, and getting new titles in. We're all volunteers, doing this for the sheer joy of distributing sedtious texts amongst disaffected survivors and potential enemies of the Industrial World Order.... or we're just trying to look cool, you decide.

We've divided our catalogue into loose categories/areas of interest. These pages have detailed info on each item and sometimes links to particular websites. Remember, these categories are only a guide, and there can be quite a lot of ambiguity as to which category a book, zine or whatever could/should appear in, so be sure to have a good look around, and check out the 'full distro list' if you can't find what you're looking for. If there's still no sign of what your heart desires, drop us a line and we might be able to get it for you, or at least point you in the right direction.

If you've produced a zine, published a book, put out a CD or created some other anti-commodification commodity and want us to consider carrying it in the distro, just mail us a copy of whatever it is so we can take a look.

ORDERING

This ain't no 'webstore'. You'll need to jot down the prices for everything you want, add it up, and send us the cash in the mail. If it's a large amount, or you're generally uncomfortable with sending cash in the mail (it's really ok so long as you hide it, and obviously don't send loose coins - round your total up to the nearest $5 so you can send notes, and we'll enclose your change with your order), email us and we'll work out an alternative method of payment.

All prices are in Australian dollars: we can also accept US dollars, but email us first to confirm the amount.

All prices are postage paid in Australia: if you're overseas email us with what you want and we'll work out a total for you.
