The Keeper is a natural gum rubber cup - made by womyn, for womyn - that is worn internally, holding (instead of absorbing) your monthly menstrual flow. It's an environmentally-friendly and womyn-friendly alternative to nasty 'feminine hygiene' products such as tampons - the natural gum rubber (completely free of animal byproducts) is infinately kinder to your body than chemically treated bleached cotton (unlike tampons, The Keeper has not been linked to Toxic Shock Syndrome), and there's nothing to throw away month after month but your blood!
